One little thing I liked was the bedlamps

The hostal is half owned by a Dutch woman, Mieke de Vet, so it is run much like a Dutch business would be like. In other words, clean and well organized. I didn't stay there over night so these comments are just based on my short visit.

Mieke and one of her sons. This was a spontaneous picture. They didn't pose for the camera. He actually had his arm around her like this while they were working on the computer. This would be very unusual in Holland, England, the USA etc. But it is common here. It may be one of the reasons Mieke moved her, but I am just guessing!
